To be a better, not perfect

In our daily life, to be a perfect person or personality, we often struggle to be better. Many times we can't tell ourselves that what we lack that we need to achieve to be better and be still in the race. We get depressed that we have talent and will power, but still not making progress or getting any success.        To improve our personality, we need to think that we can, how much is the another question, certainly we can. “In order to succeed, we must believe that we can.” -Michael Korda

Are you confused about what to do with your life? Take an interview; of yourself

Many times you know your goals, steps, ways to how to get there, but get perplexed or feels like is there anything I was supposed to do differently? To get rid of that problem you can interview; of yourself. Surprised?       Take pencil and paper and write down the questions that you need answered. Write what you think of all of it. Whatever comes in your mind while writing, write it down. You’ll feel relaxed. Don’t edit or criticize or correct.      Write like you’re being interviewing and it’s like an informal interview, so write and write. It’ll feel divine and in addition to that you’ll get answers that will ease your life.      This solution may look cheesyat first, but if you don’t want to be exhausted, then this is a convenient way to be relaxed. Whenever I get confused, I write. I meditate sometimes.      There’s a saying – “it’s all in the mind". You’ve all answers of all questions you poss...

Have you forgiven all things? It's a worth a try

Many times, something happens for a reason or without a reason. Things go south on you, but it leaves impact on you. Time passes for everyone but not for you; a wound which never healed. What’s that? Forgive. Either you don’t forgive someone or yourself. You just need to forgive not because that person deserves to be forgiven, but you deserve a peace. You feel free when you heal, and you heal when you forgive.       You may think that it doesn’t matter if you forgive or not, but I’m here to tell you – it does. There’s a saying – “Let’s not dwell on the past.” It has a deep meaning. It was a past’s job to be happened, it is future’s job that is going to happen, but it’s present’s job that make it happen; now.      You might have made a lot of serious mistakes in past, but what can you do for it? It was in the past and don’t ruin the present for it. You either waste your present repairing it or learn from it and not make the same mistak...

Do you procrastinate often to initiate something? Read this.

Robert was a very nice guy. He completed his education in computer engineering and ranked 1st in everything. From many days, he was thinking about a project; dream project that will connect the world and make it great place. He planned everything, but … didn’t take any step and then Mark Zuckerberg did it.               We’d never know that what he could do? Or what was his idea? He could change the world but he didn’t hear about art of start and my blog (by the way, this story is fictional)      What do you think of this story? He held himself back just because he didn’t know about art of start. In life, many times you’ve a situation and you don’t know what to do? You hold yourself back and don’t do what you were supposed to do?      Take a first step. You might have started something and left due to lack of motivation. If you think about one step at a time, you’ll have better results. I think takin...

How can you use courage in daily life?

Courage means ability to take action. Courage is used not only in war but also in inner conflict. You think, you decide and then you… back away? That’s lack of courage. Courage solves a lot of problems.      There’s a decision which may be right or wrong, but it yield a result and gives you an experience. Nothing is useless. Any moments, decisions, experiences give you different perspective. So in brief, not taking any decision is lack of courage; that’s weakness. Taking at least wrong decision is better than not taking decision.      Hope for the best and prepare for the worst. Do you want to do something, but haven’t done yet? Do you want something so much, but afraid to do? This is where you hold yourself back.      Have you seen ‘Hacksaw Ridge’ film? In the film, Andrew Garfield decides to be a non- violent in the battlefield and save lives. That’s courage. You take decisions while you know all possibilities that e...

How being yourself is an advantage itself?

Don’t waste life living someone else’s life.                                      -Steve Jobs      He really meant it. We are all different from each other, but made to live together. Although we’ve divided by country, religion, face, color but not blood. And science says 99% of our DNA is same, but what about that 1%. If you think, that’d be our identity.      I’ve heard that there are 7 people in the world who exactly look just like you and there’s 9 % possibility that you’d meet one of them in your lifetime. Fascinating, isn’t it? Even if you meet one, who looks just like you, I bet he’d not be like you by characteristics; like mindset, experience, life approach, vision, nature, behavior.      If person who looks just like you have different from you, then what people around you?      The most important t...

Hope is a gem; precious if you believe unless it's just a stone

Hope is like a gem; precious if you believe unless nothing more than a stone. Hope is a best tool, not for success but to stay on the path. When you realize that nothing can happen now, hope can keep you alive.      You may have heard the story that a man give up just an inch before treasure. He digs entire cave, but give up just before when there’s one inch wall between a man and treasure. Story is not finished yet, second man comes in and digs that inch wall and gets the treasure.      What do you learn from that wall? Never give up and never dig the cave and don’t look for treasure. Just kidding!      A second man took all credit of first man’s effort. In real life, that’s what happens. We give up at something at wrong time. You know when do you suppose to give up? Never!      Thomas A. Edison failed 1000 times, but never gave up. In fact, he said, “You can be closed to your target when you give up.”...
